Zandimaz returns home

It’s that time of the year!
Last year’s Zandimaz homecoming was brimming with life and energy as performing artistes wowed revelers.

Party-goers danced themselves to a standstill at the event last February.
This time around South Africa based Dj Zandile Mazithulela, also known as Zandimaz, has decided to amp up the energy with a smooth comeback to Bulawayo to stage the second annual homecoming gig.

This year’s theme focuses on love.
The much anticipated event is slated for 19 February and will take place at the Mystique Gardens.
Sharing the stage with the former Mpopoma High school gem are the duo of globetrotting Mafikizolo, Zimbabwean-UK based muso Xosti, Cedric The MC and Hazel MaHazard.

From his base in Johannesburg Zandimaz said it is ideal that the show keeps people stuck in the mood of love.
“This is the month of love, hence, I want this show to target the youth as well as the old, “said Zandimaz.
“People should come with their loved ones, family and friends in order to appreciate the day,” she added.

“Apart from the fact that Mafikizolo accommodates the youth and old, I know that Bulawayo has a soft spot for the duo.”
Zandimaz said she will also perform a song with Mafikizolo on the show.
Other talented local artistes will grace the stage during the show.
Fireworks are expected at the second homecoming, an event which is set to be held annually.
