Siza Mdlongwa to share stage with Minister Mahendere

Mthabisi Tshuma

BULAWAYO based Psalmist Siza Mdlongwa is on cloud nine as he is set to share the stage with multi-award-winning gospel music guru Minister Michael Mahendere.

The two will share the stage for the first time in their careers on 31 March, performing at the Kingdom Empowerment Centre Grand Finale All Night Prayer to be held at the Zimbabwe International Trade Fair (ZITF).

Other artists set to perform are Jacob Song, Viollar Shandukurai, Pastor Nodumo Sibanda and Xolani Dube.

Mdlongwa said it’s a dream come true to be given an opportunity to perform alongside revered artists.

“It is every growing artiste’s dream to share the stage with people who are well known and respected in the industry like Minister Mahendere as it surely works in our favour in building one’s brand.

“It will be my first time sharing the stage with Mahendere and I’m excited because he is one of the people I respect in the gospel music industry. I thank the organisers Prophet Bruce and Pamella Edwards for giving such a life changing opportunity as local artistes,” said Mdlongwa.

Prophet Edwards said preparations are at an advanced stage with church lovers set to be given a rare treat of fun, praise and worship.
