BEING labelled a killer and a prostitute who forced her daughter to terminate a pregnancy by your husband’s lover is a thorn in the flesh for every married woman.
Nomvelo Sibanda is a stressed woman because her husband’s side chick Clara Chuma is tormenting her soul and at the same time trying to push her out of her marriage claiming she was a killer and “serial” prostitute.
Sibanda claimed that at times Chuma sends images of her and her husband cuddling and kissing at a night spot.
She said her love rival also accused her of assisting her daughter to terminate her pregnancy.
She further claimed Chuma would also insult her claiming that her mother died as a result of prostitution.
Chuma is also reportedly boasting that Sibanda’s husband bought her an expensive phone and took her to Victoria Falls for a holiday.
Sadly, he has never done that for his wife.
Sibanda also alleged that whenever Chuma meets her daughter she insults her branding her the daughter of a prostitute.
Efforts to engage her have been fruitless forcing her to apply for a peace order at the Western Commonage Court.
“I’m applying for a peace order against my husband’s girlfriend Clara Chuma who wants to force me out of my marriage.
“She has been troubling me for quite some time as she labels me a prostitute and claims that my mother died because of prostitution.
“She also claims that I helped my daughter to terminate pregnancy. She is bent on tarnishing my image and wrecking my marriage as she also claims that I’m dating a married man. I pray that this honourable court grants me a peace order,” she said in her affidavit.
Chuma admitted that she was in love with Sibanda’s husband but denied ever verbally abusing her.
“I’m dating her husband. To set the record straight I have never insulted her, she is lying Your Worship,” said Chuma.
The presiding magistrate Sikhethile Moyo granted Sibanda a peace order. Chuma was ordered not to visit Sibanda at her place and not to insult her and her family.
