BROTHER STRIPS SISTER NAKED IN FRONTOF HER KIDS

A WOMAN has accused her brother of stripping her naked in front of her children.

Yolanda Makangaise dragged her brother Gilbert to court.

“He is in the habit of assaulting me and tearing my clothes whenever we have a misunderstanding.

“He has no regard for my dignity and he does it in front of my children,” said Yolanda.

Gilbert justified his actions claiming the two used to engage in similar behaviour during their childhood.

“It is something that we used to do to each other when we were children. I did not realise that it affected her because I thought we were just playing,” said Gilbert.

Magistrate Meenal Naratom reprimanded Gilbert for his wayward behaviour and lack of remorse by granting Yolanda the protection order.

“Emotional abuse is a serious offence that can have long lasting effects on victims,” said the magistrate. Gilbert was ordered to undergo counselling.
