Zimbabwe-born Hollywood-based actor Tongayi Chirisa is among the latest actors to be revealed as part of Transformers: Rise Of The Beasts movie, as he will be a voice over actor for the character of Cheetor.
Other international creatives who will do the voice overs on the movie include Michelle Yeoh (Airazor), Liza Koshy (Arcee), David Sobolov (Battletrap), Pete Davidson (Mirage), Michaela Jaรฉ Rodriguez (Nightbird), Peter Cullen (Optimus Prime), Ron Perlman (Optimus Primal), Tobe Nwigwe (Reek), David Sobolov (Rhinox), Peter Dinklage (Scourge), John DiMaggio (Stratosphere) and Cristo Fernรกndez (Wheeljack).
Returning to the action and spectacle that have captured moviegoers around the world, Transformers: Rise of the Beasts will take audiences on a โ90s globetrotting adventure and introduce the Maximals, Predacons, and Terrorcons to the existing battle on earth between Autobots and Decepticons.
Directed by Steven Caple Jr. and starring Anthony Ramos and Dominique Fishback, the film arrives in theatres on 9 June.
Chirisa is a Zimbabwean actor known for playing Man Friday on NBCโs Crusoe television series, Father Nicholas on The Jim Gaffigan Show, and Hekule on Leon Schusterโs Mr Bones 2: Back from the Past movie.
