MULTI-AWARD-WINNING all rounder artiste Mzoe 7 has revealed that he is ready to participate at the Zimbabwe International Trade Fair (ZITF) and engage with corporates, as a way of enhancing the growth of his brand through different collaborations and efforts with different companies.

The Ginimbi hitmaker said he welcomed every entity and personnel coming into the city of Bulawayo with both hands, as they were potential investors in the countryโ€™s arts industry.

He mentioned that X Studios, which is one of the leading musical hubs in Bulawayo, was getting a lot of attention from people coming into the city, to host them, as it also played host to a number of artistes including South African Kwaito Kingpin Professor as well as Mai Titi.

ย Mzoe 7 commended the ZITF team saying they had always outdone themselves when it comes to the trade fair planning and execution.

โ€œThe ZITF period is a good time for the locals to market themselves and the country to the rest of the world. This also includes creatives like myself.ย  A lot of artistes will have a platform to showcase their talent and I appreciate the ZITF for giving us a platform to prove ourselves to Africa and the world.

โ€œI have had a chat with most people from musicians to chefs, vendors and accommodation facilities to say that they should grasp the opportunities with both hands and make sure they provide an โ€œAโ€ class service to the visitors, for Bulawayo is a warm-hearted place that everyone always enjoys to be at,โ€ said Mzoe 7.

Mr Gaga Gugu as he is affectionately known, successfully launched his new EP and is set to embark on a national tour as a way of further growing his fan base.

Meanwhile, the ZITF company said businesses should take advantage of the prime global showcase to market their products and services.

The five-day leading trade expo is running from 25 to 29 April in Bulawayo under the theme: โ€˜Transformative, Innovation, Global Competitiveness.’

The 63rd edition of ZITF will be officially opened by King Mswati III of the Royal Kingdom of Eswatini on Friday.
