Fungai Muderere

FORMER Highlanders striker Prince Dube outpaced his Simba SC markers to score a wonder goal for Azam Football Club 16 seconds into play in a Tanzanian Premier Soccer League match played on Tuesday night.

The speedy Zimbabwean striker found the target following a quick counter attack.

The Bruce Kangwa-captained Azam won possession in their half and lobbed the ball onto Dubeโ€™s pathย  who obliged with pace and accuracy to fire his pay masters into the lead with their opponents and someย  spectators yet to settle.

However, Simba SC, a club that once provided home to Bosso defender Peter Mudhuwa and FC Platinum returnee Perfect Chikwende, managed to come back into the game and grabbed an equaliser in the second half.
