Customer relationship management graduates urged to prioritise ethical behavior


The Chartered Institute of Customer Relationship Management celebrated its 11th graduation ceremony in Harare on December 17
The ceremony marked a significant milestone for the 25 graduands who have completed their studies in customer relationship management as they are now equipped to make a positive impact in their respective fields.
In his keynote address, the institute’s executive director Dr Emmanuel Katsvamutima stressed the need for graduands to adapt to the ever-changing world.
He encouraged graduands to stay true to their values and principles while prioritising ethical behaviour in customer relationship management furnishing intelligence to drive innovation in healthcare
“Let us embrace challenges and opportunities while recognising that leadership is not just about achieving success but also about making a positive impact,” he said.
“As times are moving we need to be agile delivering services that meet evolving customer needs.
“Let us harness the power of artificial intelligence to revolutionise healthcare and improve patient outcomes.”
