IF you thought Baba Harare was joking when he said he had turned a new leaf in his life, and transformed into a gospel musician, then you were WRONG.
He isn’t changing course any time soon and, seven months after his debut gospel album, Baba Harare is releasing another gospel album.
Tilted “Revived and Restored,” the album is set to be released on February 28.
The artist said it was meant to honour the Lord for remembering His people in times of need and restoring their faith.
Baba Harare collaborated with Minister Michael Mahendere, Blessing Shumba, Dorcas Moyo and Kudzi Nyakudya.
“Preparations for the album are at the final stages.
“As usual, I tend to leave the actual number of tracks that make the cut as the last decision before release, fans should expect a surprise bonus track or two.
“With regards to collaborations, I was privileged and honoured to work with the likes of Minister Mahendere, Psalmist Blessing Shumba, Dorcas Moyo, Kudzi Nyakudya etc
“I guess time scales are relative. I feel the time is right given how well received my debut gospel album was.
“I think releasing another album solidifies the message in my previous album,” he said.
