COMEDIAN’S FASHION PRODIES TAKE INTERNET BY STORM

Yemurai Dyakonda

SOUTH Africa-based comedian Wechijandukwa has taken the internet by storm with his fancy replicas of celebrity outfits.

Wechijandukwa told H-Metro he has a passion for acting and imitating others.

“I have always had a passion for acting and imitating others, which started at a young age in school and church.

“I always believe in replicating anything I like because I drew my inspiration from the late famous actors – Gringo and Mukadota.

“When choosing what to replicate, I look for someone who is trending or has done something funny, so I update people on what’s trending, through my attire.

“Fashion can be so serious sometimes, but I think it’s important to not take ourselves too seriously.”

One of his most popular creations is the Miss Universe dress, which was particularly loved by his fans.

Wechijandukwa uses newspapers, plastic bags and other materials, which he finds lying around, to create his outfits.

“It’s all about seeing the potential in unexpected places,” he added.
